Bible Quest ending
Read the letter from Bible Quest editors
Dear sisters and brothers in Christ:
Grace to you and peace! We are writing to confirm that Bible Quest is indeed completing its life cycle after Summer 2008. We have prepared the attached chart to help you as you make curriculum decisions for next year. We hope that you will prayerfully consider the other curricula available from Congregational Ministries Publishing. Toddlers and Twos curriculum will be continuing.
We invite you to consider using one or more of the following:
- Bible Time Anytime, a broadly graded curriculum, is for teaching young children (pre–K) and elementary children (grades K–5). Churches that have been using Bible Quest will find Bible Time Anytime to be a comparable curriculum. Produced in leaflet format, it contains both leader and student pieces.
- Try We Believe, the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.)’s denominational curriculum. If you have looked at it recently, you might have noticed that its form and content have been steadily improving. Information about We Believe is available on the Web site, and samples can be obtained from Presbyterian Distribution Service at (800) 524-2612.
- Akaloo is produced in partnership with Augsburg Fortress Press of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. Mainly an online curriculum, Akaloo provides materials for preschool through adult. Check it out it.
- We Believe Workshop, a Workshop Rotation Model™ curriculum, is another component of We Believe. This online curriculum uses a variety of learning activities to share God’s message in a new way. A downloadable sample is available online.
- Faith for Life 2, produced by the Logos Ministry, is also available. More information about Faith for Life 2 can be found in our catalog.
Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.
Sincerely, |
