Statistics

Why can't we find a pastor? How many women ministers are there? Will we have enough ministers in 2025? How many racial-ethnic candidates are preparing for ministry? These are all questions we get every week. They are good questions. In order to give you the facts, we will post statistics below to answer those inquiries.

As the number of candidates for ministry increases through recruitment efforts, serious attention must be given to the decreasing size of our congregations and economic pressures that result in fewer congregations that can compensate a pastor adequately.
