It is critical that all materials and equipment be upgraded to accommodate the expanded curriculum. Printed and non-printed resources, equipment and facilities are necessary to provide for program expansion.

Scholarships are a continuing need at Barber-Scotial College. Over 90 percent of enrolled students received some form of financial aid. Funds are needed to enable the institution to match individual, corporate and foundation gifts forscholarships. In addition, the monies will make Barber-Scotia College more competititve in recruiting and retaining students who have demonstrated high academic performance.

The average educational level of Native Americans is the eighth grade. The Graduate Equivalency Diploma (GED) Assistance Program provides specialized computer instruction to prepare Native American students to obtain the GED, allowing them to pursue higher education. Individualized help enables the students to enroll in undergraduate or divinity institutions.

A vital part of every student's life at Menaul School is the campus religious life program. Your gift will support the three primary components, Religious Studies, Chapel Services and the Chaplain's Program. Each year, students develop a basic understanding of and appreciation for the religious and spiritual dimension of life through classes such as Life and Times of Christ, Comparative World Religions and Service and Community. Chapel programs, led by our ordained Presbyterian chaplain and student assistants, help all students explore and share their faith. Funds requested will provide class and worship resources as well as help pay travel expenses for students who are invited to share their faith stories with other Presbyterian churches.

Gifts to this fund will enable Presbyterian Pan American School to continue to educate international ministers and missionaries' sons and daughters with an American High School education with little or no cost. Tuition, room and board and fees total $14, 500 per year. You are invited to support a whole or partial scholarship.

Big Screen TV for Student Center (E051380)

PPAS students live on campus and recreation time is an important part of student life. A large screen TV will enable students to watch a movie together.

Chapel Chairs (E051381)

The 50-year-old pews need to be replaced with chairs. Sponsor one or more chairs. Each chair costs $200.00

Greenhouse (E051382)

Teaching high school students about farming and agriculture requires practical experience. A greenhouse will give PPAS students anopportunity to learn more about horticulture.
