Sweat-Free Spinning Plant

Support the cooperative's exciting new growth

The creators of Presbyterian Sweat-Free T-shirts are expanding their cooperative in Nicaragua. The vision is to build and equip a facility for spinning cotton into yarn; create at least 85 new fair-wage jobs within one of the poorest and most densely populated communities in Latin America; and gain a dependable supply of high-quality fabric sourced from local organic cotton cooperatives.

The project costs $1.9 million, and only $200,000 remains to be raised.

Help build on the Fair Trade Zone's success by supporting this exciting expansion and growth.
